Urban Forestry Annual Meeting Facilitation

For five years, Broadview Planning facilitated the City of Seattle’s Urban Forestry annual workshop. Our team worked closely with City staff to design an engaging agenda and deliver a full-day workshop that strengthened relationships between Urban Forestry Commissioners and City urban forestry staff. Each workshop incorporated visioning exercises and structured breakout sessions to identify policy priorities that served as the basis for a shared annual work plan. Following each workshop, Broadview Planning administered a participant survey and provided comprehensive meeting documentation, supporting transparency and sustainable organizational practices.
