Project Overview

BvP spearheaded an ambitious visioning process to unite local businesses and residents in crafting the Northeast Pioneer Square Framework Plan. In the initial phase, we brought together a 25-member Steering Committee and nine topic-specific focus groups, tackling key topics like economic growth, public safety, and community engagement. Over nine months of collaboration, we achieved a major milestone—securing stakeholder alignment on a bold vision and strategic goals to drive the neighborhood’s transformation. The next phase of the project is focused on strengthening community capacity and launching impactful “quick wins” to fuel economic recovery and tackle housing shortages.
