PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

In partnership with Dantec Inc, BVP led the community outreach process to update Valley Transit’s Comprehensive Operational Assessment. The outreach process was iterative, beginning with on one-on-one interviews and small focus groups to develop recommendations. Building on initial feedback, recommendations were vetted through additional focus groups, an online open house, and a wide-reaching community survey. Using multiple outreach approaches allowed the project team to connect with a diverse range of Valley Transit stakeholders, and successfully engage with more Walla Walla community members than any previous outreach endeavors.
