PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Our team designed and developed a convening for the Urban Sustainability Directors Network (USDN) to expand upon their department designated equity programs through a visioning and collaboration facilitation. We synthesized qualitative data from city employee and community member discussions centered around barriers and challenges around equity to establish a multi-city cross-municipal long term strategic work plan.
