PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

For five years, Broadview Planning has facilitated the annual workshop for the City of Seattle’s Urban Forestry Commission. Our team worked closely with City of Seattle staff to develop an engaging agenda, and facilitated a daylong workshop that helped build relationships between Urban Forestry Commissioners and City staff. These workshops included visioning exercises and breakout sessions that identified policy priorities that formed the foundation of a shared annual work plan. BVP followed up each workshop with a survey and meeting notes to promote sustainable business practices.
