PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Broadview Planning led the program development process for a groundbreaking commercial energy efficiency program, including developing a strategic vision, program identity, and comprehensive work plan. We initialized this strategy by performing company-wide stakeholder interviews to determine best practices and compile internal company communications techniques and program design. Resulting from this function was researching and facilitating streamlined internal processes through developing program management capacity and communications. We also provided program support through a robust outreach process that included establishing and maintaining an online presence, crafting logos/branding materials, developing clear program messaging, and designing effective marketing materials. BVP continued support to this endeavor by planning and facilitating follow-up strategic planning retreats for three years following completion of the initial program development.
