Leo Street PPatch Permitting
Broadview Planning led the permitting process for the Leo Street PPatch, and urban community garden to promote food access and security. Our work included State Environmental Policy Action (SEPA) analysis, as well as change-of-use permitting for a new community garden in a public space. The project scope further encompassed facilitating construction management, and developing a best practices report for ongoing permitting needs for the P-Patch Community Gardening Program.
